    The project focuses on three key research directions related to vitamin K2: first, vitamin K2 and human health, focusing on skeletal muscle, recovery after exercise, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health to carry out mechanism, dose, and collaborative intervention related research; The second is the difference of bioavailability and function of vitamin K2 in different forms and existing states. The research is carried out around the bioavailability of different dosage forms and raw materials, the function and metabolism of different molecular forms, and the metabolic function difference of vitamin K1 and K2; The third is the comparative study of domestic and foreign regulations, standards and health claims of vitamin K2, combing the supervision system of major markets in the world, and providing scientific references for improving the relevant regulations and standards in China.
